Stanly County Airport is a county-owned, joint civil-military, public-use airport in Stanly County, North Carolina, United States. It is located four nautical miles northeast of the central business district of Albemarle, North Carolina.
Completed in December of 2010, our gorgeous terminal is approximately 12,000 square feet. Two conference rooms are available for rent with seating for over 25 in one and seating for 8 in the other. Both conference rooms feature audio/visual amenities and video conference call availability. A full kitchen with 2 ice makers is available for food preparation for meetings held in the conference rooms.
Our terminal also includes a spacious and beautiful passenger waiting area with a fireplace, a wide screen TV and wifi throughout. A separate pilots’ lounge includes a shower, TV, computer and direct phone to flight service along with an adjoining quiet room for sleeping. Courtesy vehicle is available for flight crews for a maximum of 2 hours.
